For everyone it is very easy to make their own latex/rubber workpieces or repair latex clothing, latex gluing requires a little practice, you have to work accurately and neatly for a good result.

First cut the latex to size with good scissors or cut with a rotary knife.

Take into account the glue edges.

You can obtain and collect clothing patterns everywhere, you can also possibly copy clothing and lingerie, or invent an exciting and interesting latex creation yourself, the possibilities for fun latex creations to make are limitless.

In this latex shop available thicknesses: latex 0.15mm, 0.25mm, 0.40mm, 0.50mm, 0.80mm, 1mm

The sturdy latex with a thickness of 1mm and 0.80mm., are ideal for making latex harnesses, belts, harnesses etc.

The thinner latex for making your own latex clothing and lingerie.

Insert/adhesive zipper: Apply Solv latex glue to the fabric of the zipper well, and then let it dry, here after the latex glue edges (where the zipper should come) strengthen by gluing a strip of latex on it, then glue the zipper on it, and then again a strip of latex on glue (sandwichen).

Always use nickel-free and copper-free zippers, see our shop for plastic zippers.

General glue instruction: Remove the talcum powder from the glue edges, then roughen the edges slightly with very fine sandpaper if necessary (good for a firm adhesion of the latex glue).

Then degrease the latex (adhesive edges) well (latex degreasing is very important!), e.g. with isopropanol-alcohol, or with our special latex degreaser (available in our latex shop).

If you like, fix the latex parts with paper tape (painter's tape), double-sided tape is also useful. Then apply a thin layer of Solvent latex glue or water-based latex glue on both parts, (when using the solvent glue, the latex will curl up), for the thicker latex it is very little, when the glue dries it will straighten the latex edge again (let it dry for approx. 2-5 minutes).

After drying the latex parts firmly press together (a pressure roller works perfectly). Try first with a piece of leftover latex, before you start on the actual piece of work. A good preparation is half the job.

Is the work piece ready and the glue dried, then lightly wash in hand dishwashing detergent such as "Dreft" and treat with e.g. VIVISHINE

We sell 2 types of glue: solvent base and water base.

About our Solv latex glue: This latex glue is superior, dries quickly when you open the bottle of latex glue let stand, (so pay attention), therefore you can also latex glue thinner / degreaser in our latex shop order, it is also a good latex degreaser to the edges of the glue to degrease before you apply the glue.

Our latex glue is water resistant, with very good adhesive properties,

About our water-based latex glue: you can easily glue the thin latex, the latex does not curl up with this glue.

Always degrease the latex well in advance (but longer drying time with this adhesive desired.
